Cottage Description

Robin cottage is one of six stone built cottages, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty surrounded by lovely countryside and views of the coastline of this quiet south western corner of Anglesey – winners of the ‘Best Self-Catering Establishment of the Year’ at the 2011 Anglesey Tourism Awards.

Robin cottage sleeps four people in a double bed room and a bunk bedroom.

Open plan living room with sitting, dining and kitchen area, comfy sofas and chairs flat screen TV and DVD, dining table and chairs to one side and a well equipped kitchen with electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment.The spacious shower room has a slate tiled floor, modern shower, heated towel rail, and shaver point.

 

A communal library full of books, DVDs, table games and local information is open to all guests 24/7. A separate games room has a pool table, table football and darts. There is something to keep everyone happy.

We are graded Green Tourism SILVER and are going for GOLD!. Hot water is heated by solar energy, with a reed bed system that takes away the waste water. Set in 37 acres of land with two lakes, well marked walks, and masses of wildlife. The long golden sands of Llanddwyn and Newborogh Forest are about 10 minutes away by car or join the cycle route at the top of the drive.

Wonderful place to stay. The cottage is lovely, views are fantastic. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the lakes in the evenings.

Fabulous 2 weeks in this lovely cottage, beautifully presented, well equipped, wonderful views. We have visited Anglesey a number of times but this is definitely the loveliest place we have stayed.
