Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Glan Morfa Lodge offers a unique holiday and short break spot for those wishing to experience the unspoilt beauty of the Island of Anglesey.
Glan Morfa is dog-friendly and perfect for families and friends of all ages. It has six spacious and well designed stone-built cottages, all on one level, making them very safe and accessible. They are set in 37 acres of nature-park, including two lakes, making it an ideal holiday spot for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and star gazers as well as for those who simply wish to relax and recharge their batteries while enjoying the beautiful and tranquil surroundings. You might even catch a glimpse of the otters that are regular visitors to the lakes at Glan Morfa.
We are located within two miles of Newborough Forest and Newborough Warren, and the outstanding Blue Flag beach at Llanddwyn. The mountains of Snowdonia provide a perfect back drop to Glan Morfa and are within easy reach for those with more adventurous activity in mind; as are the historic towns of Beaumaris and Caernarfon for anyone favouring more leisurely pursuits.
The Glan Morfa Lodge holiday cottages were winners of the 'Best Self-Catering Establishment of the Year', sponsored by InOut Magazine at the 2011 Anglesey Tourism Awards.
We are Green Tourism members, awarded SILVER in 2014. Solar and wind power supply energy to each of the properties. The waste water is disposed of through a reed bed system. The wildlife park is an extensive and ongoing environmental project for all to enjoy.
A wide selection of quality food producers come together on the 3rd Saturday of every month.
